WHAT I CHARGE AND WHY.
Real estate has changed tremendously over the past decade. The listing process and buying process are much more efficient. Buyers and Sellers are much more involved in the entire process, doing many of the tasks traditional real estate agents have normally done. Still, most real estate companies are charging the full 6%, or even 7%, to list a house. I believe the sellers today deserve to benefit from these efficiencies. Some Realtors will say I charge too little. I say the other Realtors charge too much! See below for my fee and some FAQ’s.
4.5%Commission
Do you provide full service? - YES! All the same technology I have been using for years, plus staying on the leading edge of the newest technologies to help sell your house, or find one to buy. How can you charge less? - New technology, low overhead, efficiencies, independence. Why do the others charge more? - Large offices, high overhead, franchise fees, etc. Why don’t you charge even less? - There is a real value in the services I provide and there is a point in time where it is not worth my while to undervalue the expertise and skill I provide. There is risk involved. I pay for all marketing, etc. You don’t pay me anything unless your house sells. Any hidden fees? - No! I do not charge any junk fees such as a “document handling fee”. There will be additional fees from an attorney, mortgage company, etc., but not from me.
